Participating in regular Professional Development Days to improve practice is a critical component of learning. The NoTosh training day (Figure 1) covered a range of Australian Professional Standard areas and further developed my understanding of incorporating an inquiry based approach into the classroom. The session touched upon team building exercises for students and colleagues that I will use within my future classroom. During HPE Professional Development Day (Figure 2), appropriate resources of information was discussed and provided including textbooks, online brochures and DVDS.

Throughout my degree I have regularly sort professional learning with my peers and co-workers through verbal communication, individual and group assignments, and comparison of ideas and activities. Understanding the importance of a healthy and positive relationship with your support team is a critical element in a successful classroom environment, I hope I can continue developing my professional learning with my future colleagues.
